🚚Order delivery time: 8-19days
✈️Upgraded DHL/UPS delivery: 5-7days
North America, Europe, Asia and Australia: 8-14 working days
Africa and South America: 12-19 working days

🎨HOW IS MY ORDER MADE ?
Single cup throwing - drying: 1-2 days
Cup painting and hand-painting: 4 hours
Pinning of pets - drying: 2 days
Painting and coloring of pets: 2.5 hours
Glazing of pets - glazing of cups - drying: 1 hour
Firing in kiln at 1400: 89 hours
Quality inspection - delivery (beautiful and safe packaging)

🐾HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your porcelain is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. Want to get updates during the production process? Just send us your order number and we will keep you informed.
🤚CAN YOU MAKE ANY ANIMAL?
Of course! Send us a photo and we will work magic. We are not Darwin, but we can carve anything out of clay - porcelain, of course!
😔💔WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
I will kill my self,seriously！I am responsible to the end! Lovely, if your package is damaged, we will refund or replace it. Just contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue.

Don't worry! If there's anything wrong with your order, we'll fix it for free - just contact us as soon as we receive your order.

Absolutely! We have some mugs on sale for now, but we are launching new designs, some pet food plates, pet jewelry plates, pet candle holders, pet vases, and various ceramic artworks.
