Due to the nature of handmade custom products, refunds can be accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. If it exceeds 48 hours, we will check whether we can cancel the order for you based on the progress of the order.

If the product you receive has any quality problems, we will take full responsibility and refund or reissue it for you.

⁜ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at recall2451@outlook.com
